Cupitt's Winery

Cupitt's Winery is a standout rural experience just 5 minutes from Ulladulla, Milton and Mollymook.

Enjoy the outstanding views to the Budawang ranges and Burril Lake. Learn about underground winemaking in the barrel 'cave' with barrel and vat tastings by appointment.

Rosie Cupitt, the winemaker at Cupitt's Winery, has studied viticulture at Charles Sturt University and has more than a decade of vintage experience including vintages in France and liasons with Italian winemakers to further her wine knowledge. This influence has encouraged her to take a more traditional approach to the wine-making. The wines are matured in a beautiful underground wine cave where everything from fermenting to barrelling is done the traditional way.

Rosie's philosophy is to make wines that go well with food and to let the grapes dictate the final wine style with each variety.
