The Hawkesbury Harvest Farmers and Fine Food Markets are just what the doctor ordered. Now running on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. Twice a month for your enjoyment. (8am - 12noon)

An abundance of fresh produce to tempt the taste buds of most hunters and gatherers.

Let's begin our journey by succumbing to the tantalizing aroma of freshly ground coffee beans brewing away in the crispy early morning air of the Show grounds. As you sip your coffee and munch on your egg and bacon roll, you will drawn by the perfumes of the many freshly cut blooms from Flowering Eucalyptus with a vast array of colours and species to suit all occasions.

As you do the rounds it's hard not to be drawn to the amazing variety of fresh herbs and spices available. The crispy baby rockets, extra virgin olive oils, sun dried tomatoes and Darling Mills amazing array of olives and fresh basil.

Willowbrae cheese maker Karen Borg uses a traditional French farmhouse method to produce a variety of goats cheese sold at the markets by her husband David.

Crunchy sourdough breads, traditional pasta's, fresh eggs, mushroom, sauces, pastes can be can be accommodated.

The fantastic array of gourmet foods will turn a staple Aussie meal into a Chef's delight !

Enjoy browsing through the stalls of fresh fruit and veges, freshly picked berries, crunchy greens, vine ripened tomatoes, stone fruit and our famous Bilpin apples - even an apple pie or two !

Whilst doing that final once around stopping to pick up some exotic Australian Native Foods, yum, Wild Hibiscus flowers in syrup, Desert Quandong jam or some Lemon Myrtle and Native Pepper berry seasoning a must for any good foodies pantry.

Our markets promote the importance of fresh seasonal produce, sustainable local agriculture, showcasing small business and introduce our many visitors to the wonders of our Region. The Hawkesbury.

Note: Not all stall holder attend both Markets. On Average 60 stall at the 2nd Saturday Market and 50 stall at the 4th Saturday Market.

2013   Castle Hill 2nd and 4th Sat: Farmers & Fine Food Market Dates Castle Hill Showground Castle Hill, enter via Carrington Road, 2nd and 4th Saturday each month. Get there early, kicks off at 8am and finishes at 12noon. Note: There are no Markets at all in January. Starts at 8am until 12 noon.
